Box office

During the festival, tickets are available at the box office. The box office opens 45 minutes before each performance.

There are still tickets available! Payment is possible in cash or Twint.

Festival Pass

The festival pass grants access to all film screenings. With the pass, you will receive an admission ticket at the box office. Please note : The festival pass does not guarantee admission if the screening is sold out. For your planning security, you can reserve film events in advance on Eventfrog.

Card return

Tickets cannot be returned or exchanged. Exception: Tickets for performances canceled by the festival management. Any cancellations will be announced on our website.

School classes & companies

For registrations from school classes and companies > 10 people we offer tickets at half price.

Accessibility

Our locations are accessible for people with mobility impairments.
